We offer Hillside Cottages, Forest Cottages and Estate House Rooms — including Standard, Interconnecting and Studio formats — each with its own character, views and layout to suit couples, families and larger groups.

Rooms include king or twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, a tea/coffee station, in-room dining, a large-screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Cottages also feature a private balcony with hill or forest views.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Dining at Greenpark is inspired by the social clubs of plantation life, a space where multi-cuisine menus meet a strong Kodava heart. Dishes change with the season, and ingredients are sourced close to home. It is the kind of table that turns a meal into an evening.

Our kitchen works with the land and the season, and our menus are prepared accordingly. We're unable to make dietary adjustments, but we're always happy to answer questions about what's being served before you arrive.

In-room dining is available across all our rooms and cottages, so you can enjoy a meal on your private balcony with the hills for company.

We’re set in the hills near Madikeri in Coorg (Kodagu), Karnataka, surrounded by the rich biodiversity of the Western Ghats and neighbouring coffee estates.

Greenpark is a 5.5-hour drive from Bangalore along the Mysore highway, and about 3 hours from Mangalore through the Western Ghats. Both routes are part of the experience; the roads narrow, the air cools, and the city falls away long before you arrive.
