BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
You can book directly through the “Book Now” button on our website, or reach out to our reservations team by phone or email. Booking direct gets you our best available rates and the flexibility to tailor your stay.
Yes. When you book directly with us you’ll always receive our best available rate, along with perks that aren’t available through third-party sites.
Modifications and cancellations are subject to the policy attached to your booking. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact our team for the terms that apply to your reservation.
A confirmation deposit or full pre-payment may be required depending on the season and rate you select. The exact amount is shown before you complete your booking.
ROOMS & STAY
We offer Hillside Cottages, Forest Cottages and Estate House Rooms — including Standard, Interconnecting and Studio formats — each with its own character, views and layout to suit couples, families and larger groups.
Rooms include king or twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, a tea/coffee station, in-room dining, a large-screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Cottages also feature a private balcony with hill or forest views.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Absolutely. Our Studio and Interconnecting formats are ideal for families who want space to stay together while giving everyone a little room of their own.
DINING
Our kitchen serves a mix of regional Coorg specialities and familiar favourites, with menus that change with the seasons and the produce our neighbouring estates have to offer.
Yes. We happily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Jain and allergy-specific requirements. Do let us know your preferences in advance so our chefs can prepare accordingly.
In-room dining is available across all our rooms and cottages, so you can enjoy a meal on your private balcony with the hills for company.

We’re set in the hills near Madikeri in Coorg (Kodagu), Karnataka, surrounded by the rich biodiversity of the Western Ghats and neighbouring coffee estates.
The nearest airport is Mangaluru International Airport, with Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru a popular option too. Mysuru is the closest major railway station. Our team can guide you on the best route from your city.
Yes, private transfers can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Please share your travel details in advance so we can plan a smooth pickup.
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for guests arriving by car.

Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds and family-friendly room formats can be arranged — do mention the number and ages of children when booking.
All indoor spaces are non-smoking. Designated outdoor areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.
