Adaptive reuse of existing structures, design shaped by natural contours, and a commitment to minimal waste has guided every design choice. OUR LANDSCAPING STORY

Planting the roots
of a lost landscape

Guided by the need to conserve the native ecology of Coorg, we studied the natural history of this land before planting a single seed. Our landscape designers and their team of botanists have reforested the property with endemic flora rather than ornamental plants, from mosses and grasses to sacred trees — each one playing an essential role in keeping the biodoversity of this region undisturbed.
