Operating in a luxury resort environment, your responsibility extends beyond routine check-ins and check-outs. You will curate personalised experiences, anticipate guest needs, and ensure that every stay in the serene hills of Coorg is seamless and unforgettable.

• Warmly welcome, register, and assign rooms to arriving guests; provide an informative orientation to resort amenities, spa, and dining options.
• Accurately process guest check-outs, handle foreign exchange, verify billing details, and manage cash/credit transactions securely in accordance with resort policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Travel Desk teams to ensure rooms are ready and special requests (honeymoon setups, dietary needs) are met.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, manage telephone reservations, and maintain accurate guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide personalised concierge services and dedicated attention to VIP and high-profile guests, ensuring preferences are recorded and fulfilled.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration.
• 2-4 years of front office experience in a luxury resort or premium 4/5-star property.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS software (Opera, IDS, Fortune, or similar).
• Immaculate grooming, warm and pleasant personality, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.

You will oversee the stewarding team, manage the inventory of high-end chinaware, glassware, and silver, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations — supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless and flawless guest dining experience.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the stewarding department, ensuring all kitchens, dishwashing areas, and food preparation zones are kept clean and sanitised.
• Maintain accurate inventories of all operating equipment including crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils; implement strict measures to minimise breakage and loss.
• Oversee the safe usage, storage, and dilution of cleaning chemicals and the operation of heavy-duty dishwashing machinery; ensure all staff wear appropriate PPE.
• Enforce FSSAI, local health department, and luxury resort hygiene standards; conduct regular inspections of waste disposal systems and pest control protocols.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the kitchen stewarding team; build a culture of punctuality and attention to detail.
• Monitor and control departmental expenses including cleaning supplies, chemical consumption, and labour costs without compromising on quality standards.

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant discipline; HACCP / Food Safety certification is highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of experience in kitchen stewarding within a luxury hotel or resort, with proven supervisory or executive-level experience.
• Deep understanding of commercial dishwashing systems, waste management practices, pest control, and chemical handling (e.g. Diversey products).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills; excellent physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; keen eye for cleanliness.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with Executive Chefs and F&B Managers.
